BACKGROUND
I trained for the stage as a classical dancer and turned to photography following a career threatening injury over twenty five years ago.
I first worked shooting tests for three agencies - models and dancers, and was the UK's highest grossing fundraiser for Photo Aid (part of Live Aid / Band Aid) in 1986. I moved much more to commercial advertising graphics work in print and online in 1994 and also shot architecture mainly for the tourism industry.
WHAT I AM DOING NOW
I am now dividing my time between commercial work (boring industrial etc stuff), and erotic / artistic / glamour / fetish nude photo sets for major websites. I been invited to submit sets directly for two major websites (details on request), with others negotiating, and I am specifically seeking suitable models for publication on those sites. Models should be slim to medium build, firm supported bust (natural usually - please tell me if you have implants), good complexion (I am not spending hours airbrushing), well-toned, minimal or no tattoos, limited piercings or none, fully depilated, and prepared to work to UK / US mag and occasionally continental. Classical dance experience is an advantage but not a requirement. The remainder of my work is largely dance, artistic and erotic nude for speculative publication and for my own website, and again I especially like working with models who are classically trained dancers, but again is by no means a requirement.
I also have a body art project running with a top published body painter - models by invitation only.
Due to the amount of commercial work I am now doing I am limiting TF work to testing models who specifically meet my current and prospective future requirements at the above levels.
If I am going to work with you, I expect as much from you as you would expect from me. I respect my models and I hope that is evident from the testimonials they have given to me. I expect you to communicate with me by PHONE (PLEASE not text as I have arthritic thumbs, except in an emergency) AND MAINSTREAM EMAIL over shoot requirements, be prepared, arrive on time, but still have fun. I normally shoot 50 minutes and take break - we both need it. I welcome chaperones although I find most experienced models do not expect to have a chaperone present. All I do ask is - please, not the boyfriend, unless you have asked me in advance! I always confirm shoots by phone the day before we are due to meet.

INFORMATION FOR MODELS
The bulk of my work is nowadays in two distinct areas: 1. dance and 2. artistic and erotic nude for my own website (URL above) and I particularly like working with models who are classically trained dancers, although that is by no means a requirement. I normally work from my studio at home on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and travel out to location work on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the southern half of the UK as far afield as Bristol, Birmingham and Nottingham, and occasionally further afield. My wife works with me on set design, and we have about twenty different sets available with an almost infinite number of colour variations.
I am constantly searching for suitable new models for my current work site shown above and if you would like to be considered for the site, either contact me here, or go to the site and click on Model Call. I am currently getting on average eight enquiries a week through my own site, through this site and other similar modelling sites.
If I am going to work with you, I expect as much professionalism from you as you would expect from me. I respect my models and I hope that is evident from the testimonials models have given to me. I communicate with my models by phone, (not text, except in an emergency), or via Skype, and by mainstream email. All contact details available on application – not able to display all of them here. If we agree to work together I do need you to communicate with me. I always confirm shoots by phone the day before we are due to meet.
I shoot artistic and erotic nude almost all the time. The minimum level I seek is artistic nude and I work up to soft g/g, UK mag and occasionally higher levels. That means you must be 18 years of age and you must bring photographic proof of age ID with you - passport / photographic driving licence. No ID - no shoot - I'm sorry I just can't take the risk. (Please note I do not shoot hardcore, and I never shoot male models except for commissioned work). If you want to work with me, but you are not sure about doing nude for the first time, then I am quite happy to do a short test with you in sheer clothing, topless or implied nude; (that's you, not me.) :-)
I am more than happy to shoot TFCD for models and dancers whose profile levels are appropriate to their criteria, and that is not restricted to artistic nude work. I do contact new registrants on this site from time to time who meet or almost meet those criteria. I do not mind what your level of experience is if you have enthusiasm and commitment to achieve your goals.
ALL models with whom I work will receive a zip file of mini images of the shoot by email, and may choose a reasonable selection for digital treatment which I will supply at standard definition for this site and at high definition for printing.
UPCOMING EVENTS - CHARITY SHOOT DAYS 2010
I am organising two charity shoot days for 2010, on 18 July at Betchworth in Surrey (near Dorking) and the other being rescheduled to a later date and originally planned to be at Barcombe (near Lewes).
