ok here's another thread, hope you find it useful! I find my self often doing more than one edit for a single photo, it could be different skin colour tones or different cropping, here you can post your photos and let people tell you which one looks better, first, second, third..or none if it's not doing your port a favour!
if this thread grows then you'll probably find some posts with one of those photos missing or none as based on the advice some of them will probably get deleted. Although this is mostly for a single photo different edits but if you have one of those limited accounts and only can have 6 photos then you can post 2 different photos at a time only (please) and ask which one is better, don't use this thread to show your work it's just if you're genuinely not sure about which photo/edit to choose!

Of the 2 , I prefer no1. But loose the black marks on her face and see if you can get a bit more detail to her skin.

Really sorry Ali (but I know that you appreciate honest feedback), I don't feel either of these does anything to enhance your portfolio (which is much better than these examples show!!!). I feel both are over processed and are quite scary actually. Sorry
What's the original look like?

Hi, :) can't remember the original and I don't think I have it any more but I will look-i uploaded them mostly for the sake of uploading and as an example for this thread..but still an opinion about them is appreciated especially if its an honest one :), I do like the intensity in her face and eyes but I get what you saying..my port at the moment is all over the place-too many photos on my hard drive... thank you :)

I'm actually very bored with normal photos, I guess everyone has their own taste and I like manipulating photos a lot and adding animation and graphics where traditional photographers hate them (i think)..but I'm always happy to see it from other's prospectives, thx :)
