Help please...I have just invested in a new HDtv for my studio and want to run slideshows of my portfolios etc from my iMac on the tv without disrupting what I am doing on the mac. Anybody know any good software / method etc? I have used aperture but not really happy with the results (images not really sharp). Pro show gold has been mentioned but as yet is not available for mac os. The software ideally needs to be able to burn images onto disc for customers etc.....

No Kevin I'm afraid it doesn't work - I've got Producer 4.1 and I thought that you could run it using Boot Camp as it says so on the site.  But apparently it's a lot of hassle. I'm waiting for picsunique to pm me back as I've got some goodies for him.

I had a email this morning from the guys at proshow etc and they do not have a compatible software for mac yet.....the boot camp thing only really works on intel based macs but they don't encourage so no back up etc if things go wrong. I downloaded the trail version of fofomagico from Boinx and it looks just as good as proshow gold and is wrote for mac. Now all I need is to buy the reg key from boinx to continue using after the trail period is up!!!!! Unless...arriflex your the man nudge nudge lol
