My interpretation is that a tf* is a mutual arrangement planned between model and photographer, where ideas are exchanged and a full shoot follows,2/3/4 hours

A test is arranged for a specific casting by a client or by an agency looking to add newbie models to their books ,max 30mins or so to see if the applicant is suitable for the job

'Test' is the word us photographers of a certain age in the industry use when shooting a new face. Now seemingly replaced by 'tf' Either way it means the same thing. By the way,who is responsible for that awful expression 'tog'?
