I've just started an internship at mindstudio in London, and they are giving away their training manaul on "getting the best out of your camera" for free.
Its a really easy read, with set tasks to help your own personal development, and resources at the back.

Anyway i thought i'd share the link, with anyone who is interestd as it has helped me loads.

Not that I would ever contemplate getting training for a bloomin' digital camera, but where does it say it's a free manual?  I followed your link, just out of interest and I note that it's going to cost me £25.  Can you point me in the direction of someone who gives free advanced lighting tutorials?  That would be more up my alley.

Oh yes so it is.  I've just got it.  Thanks I'll take a look at it. 

Quick Edit.  I gave up.  It's stalled on me and is teloling me its 24 minutes left of downloading for a 32 megabyte file.  I'm just going to paint a patch of red on the garage door and watch that dry instead.

Just downloaded it. Took the best part of 20 odd minutes to do. Must be their server is a bit busy. Took a quick look at the manuel and it is all really basic stuff on how to use your camera. Aimed at the first time user by the looks of it.
