Hi I have put up 2 new images up on my port with the model Minna. All I ask is could you comment on them 2 while I try and sort out this Pc as it's on a go slow.

Please comment on my work not the model as she was fantastic today, as I'm learning and I'm not going to gain the skill over night so could you please state what I can do to improve myself for next time.

I will have a few more to put up later or tomorrow after sorting them out.

Wow JJ - those photos are amazing!  Whatever it is you're doing keep it up because those photos work for me, I absolutely adore 73922 & 73886.

Very nice work John! With locations like that you should have a full order book.  All I've got is Grays Gasworks and that's falling to bits.  Very well done.

Belive me I still do have lots of room to improve Mina just made it easier for me as she is a very experienced model, all I had to do was control the camera, find the angle and take it away. But I'm sure it would been a different story if it was a newbie being in her place but as I have seen the works now I should be able help the models pose. Not saying I'm an expert I'm far from it. But it's a start of alot more shoots I hope.

I will put more up soon but I really got to get on with my studying got an exam next week but if I get time I sort some out and post again.

Not sure which 2... so...

I prefer the outdoor to indoor work, the studio stuff is kinda basic.

Of the outdoor stuff, I like the full colour image (think it is > 3) the most as the black and white just doesn't seem to have much bit and the orangey duotone is... well... orangey.

I like the colour image because the colours help convey the textures and content a lot better... so you can see the nice colour of the stone, the plant life, the earth and the models skin working together - its a much richer experience than looking at the other two processed images. If it were me, I'd be looking at splitting the processing between the image on the top row and the one on the bottom... where the saturation is a bit heavy...

Not that I wanna fluff the old mans ego too much... but this image by Tony Nutley has always been one of my favourite sets of his... its the blend of the colours, the greens against the oranges, and the pale skin that makes it work for me... (the composition is pretty good too but dont tell him that)



Overall, yeah, not bad, without really having anything the grabs my attention much.

As for Tony Nutly I love his work but I'm taking one step at a time and hopefully I will be able to combined it all together as I improve. As I stated earlier I still have lots to learn and I will continue to learn for many more years.
