I'm trying to uplad pics from my first ever shoot but it wont let me upload them as they are too big.
How can I change the mb size?

You could try using a programm called Irfanview. Google it and go to the home site and download it. It's freeware and wont cost you anything. This will allow you to re-size your photos and allow you to uplaod them to your port. I haven't used this myself as I use photoshop to re-size but it seems fairly easy to use.
Did the photographer not supply you with web sized copies of the shots from your shoot?

Hi, if you have paint on your computer then you can resize by using stretch and scew and then save as adjusted image.......

Here's another way. upload them onto faceboook. righ click it when its uploaded and save it will save as a smaaller filw size but image still looks great thats what i had to do, check my gallery out to see.
