The next Worcestershire meet is planned for the 9th March at the Barn Owl (near the M5 Junction)

The 1st meet was successful, and as such we are now looking to expand out reachs out beyond the county borders.

Hello Keiran,

We were leaving invites for any member to a PM method and paste the url to the event. Members do not have to be invited to attend an event, they just need to visit the Event page and click the RSVP options.

To make it easier we have added a individual invite option to the invite system in the events section and a lot of other tweaks based on feedback. Please see our latest forum post in the Help and Feedback forum for full details:

Members who are looking to attend this or any event, using the event page allows the host to have you automatically placed on the guest list for them to manage and provides a central area for all to discuss an event in its own wall.

i found you through the forum Kieran, i tried to put the Glos meet on the new events page last night but it wouldn't let me, kept freezing and saying error so i left it on the normal forum page instead
will try again next time

Please can we ask all members that if any part of the site does not appear to work as expected please do PM or email us using the contact link at the bottom of the site and let us know.
 
Had we known of an issue we could have fixed it for the latest update just rolled out. At present we are not seeing any issues creating events, it is likely a user input error that we have not catered for.

Martyn, please PM us the details you were entering in your event so we can look into the issue you had and rectify this for you.
