As a general rule, a respectable agency will not charge you anything up-front (even an outsourced website).....next they will be offering you a rather expensive portfolio.

I am not going to register on their site to prove a point but their shop window to the world of photographers (like me) doesn't have anything on display - models. Tread carefully and avoid parting with cash....continued
